processing time:
orders are processed monday-thursday and typically go our in 1-3 business days after your order is received. timing may increase during our busy season (mid november- mid january). this does not include transit time. please keep this in mind when ordering.

shipment
each order is packaged with love and care to ensure safe travels. however, once the package leaves our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, lake + loft is not responsible for any missing packages or damage that may occur in transit and issues of this type will need to be addressed with the carrier.
